A. Application
The horizontal 3150 KN and 5000 KN metal toggle-type extruders produced by our company,are apt to press ferrous metals.The press of this series are usually used to produce aluminum con for condenser, pesticide, chemical,cars,drinking bottle,cosmetics bottle and outer casing of shell etc. Which also are used to press and cut .
B .Operation regime
1.Inching:for machine adjustment.
2.Simple stroke:for experiment.
3.Continuous stroke: for normal operation.
C. Structure and Characteristics
The machine is consisted of toggle and crankshaft pitman, for greater rigidity ,the machine is designed to have both casting and steel plate structures.The main driving is composed of spurgear, crankshaft and pitman..Clutch is multipe pneumatic friction disks type.Clutch and brake are interlocked positively.
Slide components consists of slide,toggle,speed regulating pitman and distance adjustment device,etc.And the machine is also consisted of high rotation motor.
The machine is also provided with a manual die changer for die set height
