Introduction
Directly under the company's GM Office, functional departments of General Office, Production & Manufacture Department, Development Department, Technology Department, QC Department, Equipment Department and Logistics Department are established. Also it governs six workshops of metal working and assembly. Our company presently has a management staff of 69, among which 41 got junior college or college degree (accounting for 59.4%), 28 acquired the middle job title (accounting for 40.58%) and 41 majored in mechanism (accounting for 59.4%).

Introduction:Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Nantong University in July 1983; worked in Qidong Tools Factory from August 1983 to August 1991 and successively assumed the position of engineer in the Design Department and Chief of the Production & Manufacture Department; from September 1991 to the present, assumed the position of Board Chairman & GM of Jiangsu Qili Metal Forming Machine Tool Co., Ltd. as well as the managing member of Qidong Industrial & Commercial Association and member of Qidong People's Political Consultative Conference; led technicians of the company to develop JC88-600, JC88-2000, JC88-3150 and JC88-5000 horizontal extruders successively; and has been one of the leaders for the cannonball machine tool manufacture project, which was provided as the aide to relevant foreign countries by the China Weapon Equipment Corp.
