Jiangsu Qili Metal Forming Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of horizontal metallic cold extruders and closed single-point presses of 600kN, 2000kN, 3150kN and 5000kN. Our products are widely used in production of aluminum capacitor bottles, aluminum bottles for chemical packing, pesticide packing & cosmetic packing, zinc battery cans, aluminum drinking bottles, automobile filter aluminum jar and cannonball shells etc.

Located in Qidong Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, our company covers an area of 38,000 square meters, including a workshop area of 28,000 square meters. There are such departments as General Office, Production & Manufacture Department, QC Department, Technology Department, Equipment Department and Logistics Department as well as 6 workshops of metalworking and assembly in our company. Now we have more than 600 staff, including 58 R&D personnel.

The 5000kN horizontal toggle extruder, 2000kN quick extruder and 600kN high-speed extruder are the unique products at home. The combined toggle & crank shaft structure is applied to the above machine tools, and the clutch is the pneumatic multi-plate friction brake, so their rigid interlinking will ensure the harmonious action.

We have taken part in the cannonball machine tool manufacture project, which was provided as the aide to relevant foreign countries by China Weapon Equipment Corp. With more than 30 years' history in the machine tool production, we have excellent processing equipment, among which the end-milling machine, double-head milling machine, double-axes boring machine and boring & milling machine are of the world advanced level. The workshops are 20m high, in which there are 10T, 20T, 30T and 50T cranes. We have already got the National Customs Registration Certificate & E-port Network Access License and have been entitled to self-support products export. In addition, we have gained the ISO9001:2000 quality system authorization by CQC, and acquired the International Quality Mutual-Recognition Certificate and National Machine Tool Export Quality License.
